When ordering from Dottie and Belle we do all we can to make sure you are delighted with your purchase, but we have to say that everything on our website is offered for sale subject to availability.
If we can’t supply what you want, we promise to let you know as soon as we can.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel your order before it is despatched by emailing us.
From time to time we may have to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

We use paypal secure payment service to process our payments, but you are NOT required to have a paypal account to purchase items online.
Please note that your order will not be dispatched until we have confirmed cleared funds. All advertised shipping times start from the time we receive cleared funds.
Making a Purchase
When email confirmation of your order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order by emailing you an invoice.
Once your items have been shipped we will send you shipping confirmation by email.
Some products and items for sale on this website are unsuitable for children under the age of 36 months due to, but not limited to, small parts which may present a choking hazard or sharp points that may cause injury. We do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage which occurs due to the products.
All the toys selected by Dottie and Belle, where required, comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. Please retain any packaging for future reference.
Adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years.
We retain the right to change our pricing and discounts offered, at any time and without giving notice.
We use a private courier service aiming to deliver your items between 5 – 7 working days with our standard delivery, or 2-3 working days using our premium delivery. You will need to provide a signature when accepting delivery of your items.
Our post and packing charge is £3.95 per standard delivery order or £7.95 for a premium delivery order.
We currently deliver to the UK, for international deliveries we would love to hear from you, so please contact us via email@example.com and we will be happy to quote you a delivery charge when possible.
We are sure you will be very happy with your order, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately to discuss your order and arrange to return if appropriate. All items returned should be in good condition, with all the original packaging intact. Returned orders will only be considered for a full refund if they reach us within 14 days of original dispatch from Dottie and Belle.
If any of your items arrive damaged or broken we must be notified of this within 24 hours of receipt so we can take this up with the delivery agent concerned and arrange a replacement or refund. We are unable to replace or refund any items reported damaged after this time.
Please note when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once the parcel has been received we will issue a refund providing it is returned in its original packing with all stickers in place and in a suitable condition for immediate resale. We regret that Postage and Packing cannot be refunded
